Shipping Rates:
- Regular Shipping is at Php 99 for all local addresses, within and outside Metro Manila.
- Free Shipping is available for purchases Php800 and above after discount.

Processing Time:
- Orders are processed from Mondays-Fridays only. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays.
- Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.

Shipping Time: Upon turn over to the courier, your order can be expected within:
- 2-5 working days forMetro Manila
- 3-8 working days for outside Metro Manila and provincial areas
- Shipping Delays: While we strive to meet our shipping estimates, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as holidays, weather conditions, and courier availability.

Tracking Information:
- A tracking number is available upon request.
- You can track your delivery status after turnover of your parcel to the courier, please allow at least 24 hours for the couriers to update their records.

Option 2: Pick-Up at Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
- Pick-Up Schedule: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

- Courier Fees:The buyer is responsible for courier fees and will arrange the pickup.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick-up, along with detailed pick-up instructions.

RETURN POLICY
At Soul Apothecary, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below:
- Return Authorization: Contact us via the Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
- Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only for unopened products with the original seal intact. Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.
- Return Shipping: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Please securely pack items to avoid damage during transit, and send returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Return Address: The return address will be provided once your return is approved.
- Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must arrive in good condition. Soul Apothecary is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Refunds: Refunds are issued as store credit. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your store credit within 7 business days and notify you.
- Tracking Information: Please provide a tracking number once you’ve shipped your return.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items like skincare tools, applicators, and opened skincare products cannot be returned.
